50% deposit required at booking to hold your dates.
50% remainder due 60 days in advance.
Cancellations within 60 days - no refund

Holidays (December 22-Jan 5) $549 night
High season (January 6-April 30) $499 night
Low season (May 1 - October 30) $349 night
Fall season (November 1-December 21) $399
Reservations do not include Virgin Islands 12.5% Hopel taxes.
Please add a $115 clean fee per reservation.
